The purchase order will be placed upon confirmation of the shopping cart. The shopping cart consists of the individual items chosen and added according to the instructions on the site.

The purchased goods are dispatched on the same working day as the order is placed if the order and payment are received by 15:00. If you decide to pay by cash on delivery, the goods will be dispatched on the same working day as the order if the order and payment are received by 15:00. Delivery will take place within 24/48 depending on whether the area is served daily or not and whether delivery is to the islands of Sardinia or Sicily. On the same evening of the day on which payment for the order is made, the courier will send the customer an e-mail with the details and traceability of the shipment. The service is managed automatically and autonomously by the courier.

The shipping cost will be 9.50 euro. For orders over 80 euro shipping will be free of charge.

The prices shown in the sales advertisements are net (already discounted), excluding VAT. When the invoice is issued, VAT will be added and charged individually. Customers who wish the invoice to be in the name of a company or natural person other than the person who placed the order must indicate this in the order notes.

If the item you purchased on our website www.polideas.it does not satisfy you or you have simply changed your mind, you may return the item WITHIN 14 DAYS, in accordance with the law. Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005, the 'consumer' customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the products ordered, without penalty and without specifying the reason, within the term of 14 days from receipt of the products themselves (once the 14-day period has passed Poliplast S.r.l. will not guarantee the return). The right of withdrawal referred to in the previous article must be exercised by the Customer, under penalty of forfeiture, by sending a registered letter with return receipt to Poliplast s.r.l., Via Roma, 118 - 31024 Ormelle(TV) or by electronic communication by sending an email to info@polideas.it. All returns (which must be perfectly intact and accompanied by ONLY from the original packaging) must be authorised in advance by Poliplast Customer Service by email. The return of any item is accepted without hesitation, provided that it is in PERFECT CONDITION and SEALED, FREE FROM ANY TYPE OF WEAR, NOR BREAKED, NOR SCRAPED, exclusively with the original packaging (including internal protections). The right of withdrawal referred to in the previous article CANNOT be exercised by the Customer if the products have been used by the Customer. Packaging must be only the original onethe product packaged and protected in all its parts (as at the time of delivery). Upon delivery, we will check the condition of the item: if it is intact, we will proceed with a full refund of the order. If it is damaged and/or missing parts, we will give you a partial refund based on the decrease in value of the item.
