TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY

  • Products purchased on the Site will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer during the purchase procedure in the 'Shipping Data' field.
  • All purchases will be delivered by express courier (hereinafter referred to as 'Courier') Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and national holidays. Poliplast Srl is not liable for unforeseeable delays or delays not attributable to it.
  • Once the Products have been shipped, the Customer will receive a confirmation e-mail with shipping data.
  • The Products ordered will be delivered within a period of 5 (five) working days starting from the day after the day on which Poliplast Srl confirmed the order to the Customer by means of an order confirmation email.
  • The active delivery service in Italy is via GLS courier within 1-5 days.
  • The service includes 2 delivery attempts at the address indicated at the time of order. A notice will be left after each step. At the second unsuccessful delivery attempt, the courier will contact the recipient of the order by telephone on the telephone number provided, to arrange delivery. If the courier cannot be reached or is absent, the goods will be returned to the warehouse.

PRICES AND SHIPPING

  • I prices of products not are including all fees and taxes.
  • All prices are in Euro.
  • Throughout Italy the shipping is free of charge for orders over 35 euros.
  • When your parcel is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch confirmation e-mail from the GLS courier companyin which you will find a link to click and follow the shipment.
  • Please check the link to be updated in real time on any possible changes. Access the section "My orders" to check your shipment.

MODE OF RETURN

  • You can return any product purchased on polideas.co.uk within 14 working days from the date of delivery.
  • The return applies to Product purchased in its entiretyTherefore, if the Product is composed of several components or parts, it is not possible to exercise the withdrawal on only part of the purchased Product. If your return does not meet the conditions, polideas.it will not be able to make a refund and the package will be sent back to you.
  • In case of return the customer will be refunded the full amount of the returned goods, including shipping costs where applicablewithin 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned Product. The refund will be made using only the same payment method used by the customer at the time of the initial transaction.
  • How to return:
    1. Make sure that the products are in the same condition as when you received themwith all tags attached and intact.
    2. Enter your personal areaby logging in with your email and password on My Account. On the left-hand menu, you will find a number of options, including the "My orders" option. Click on the latter to continue the return procedure. Click on the word 'Return Request'. under the number of the order in question. Follow the step-by-step instructions and fill in the fields you will be asked for. You will be able to choose whether you wish to return the entire order or only certain items.
    3. Prepare the parcel and attach the label with the new shipment information (consignment recipient: POLIPLAST Srl via Roma, 118 - 31024 Ormelle TV Italy) on the polideas.it box (or on a box with the same characteristics of robustness and size) so as to cover the information of the first shipment.
    4. Return costs are borne by the customer.

GUARANTEE

  • In case of conformity defects of Products sold by Poliplast Srl, the Customer shall immediately contact the Customer Service.
  • The legal guarantees provided for in Articles 129, 130 and 132 of the Consumer Code apply to the sale of Products. The Customer has the right, at his or her choice and provided that the type of Product allows it, to the restoration, without charge, of the conformity of the Product by means of repair or replacement, or to an appropriate price reduction, or to the termination of the contract. The Customer forfeits these rights if he does not report the conformity defect to Poliplast Srl within 60 days from the date of delivery of the Product.
